Las Vegas Wedding, Honeymoon & Anniversary Private Jet Charter

Jet Charter Vegas arranges private flights for weddings, honeymoons and anniversaries, whether you are getting married in Las Vegas or flying out of Las Vegas to celebrate somewhere else.

Bringing guests to a Las Vegas wedding

For a wedding on the Strip, Harry Reid International (KLAS) is usually the closest airport, since it sits at the south end of the Strip. For a ceremony in Henderson or at Lake Las Vegas, Henderson Executive (KHND), about eleven miles south of Las Vegas, is often the easier choice. If you are still choosing a date, keep in mind that on the biggest event weekends, such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix in November, the FAA requires a parking reservation for private aircraft at the main Las Vegas airports. Guests flying in privately that weekend will need to book early.

Anniversary flights close to home

An anniversary does not need a long trip. Grand Canyon West, on Hualapai tribal land, is about 65 nautical miles east of Las Vegas, and Grand Canyon National Park Airport (KGCN) sits near the South Rim. St. George, Utah, about 98 nautical miles to the northeast, is the gateway to Zion. Any of them can make a day trip or a quiet weekend away. If you would like champagne or a particular meal on board, tell us when you book, and we will confirm what the operator can arrange.

Flying out for the honeymoon

From Las Vegas, couples fly to Cabo, the California coast, Sun Valley, Lake Tahoe and the ski towns of the Rockies. Give us the name of the resort or hotel rather than the airport, and we will look for the field closest to it. For a honeymoon abroad, landing permits and customs authorizations are applied for after the trip is booked and paid, and the local airport authorities sometimes set the timeline. If you need the flight on a fixed date right after the wedding, book as early as you can. You can compare the aircraft we arrange on our aircraft page.

Vetting Behind Every Trip

Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:

  • FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
  • Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates.
  • Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
  • Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.

Las Vegas-Specific Patterns We Plan Around

Harry Reid International (KLAS), formerly McCarran, is the only airport in the Las Vegas area with customs, so a flight arriving from abroad lands there first. None of the Clark County airports have a curfew, but the towers at Henderson Executive (KHND) and North Las Vegas (KVGT) close in the evening, so a late departure from either one takes a little more planning. On the biggest event weekends, such as Formula 1 in November and the NBAA business aviation convention in October, the FAA requires a parking reservation for every private aircraft at Harry Reid, Henderson Executive and North Las Vegas, and for some events at Boulder City too, and the reservations go first come, first served. In summer, the heat can limit how much an aircraft carries on a hot afternoon, so a morning departure is often the easier choice.
